Customers in EU/US: direct ship is 7-15 days, 3PL warehouse is 2-5 days. Cost differs accordingly. Choose by margin and customer expectation.

The hard part of dropshipping isn't shipping — it's returns and reconciliation. Here's our approach.
Returns
End customer return → goes to your address (default) or our warehouse (configurable).
We don't restock returned items into shared blank inventory; returns to our warehouse get re-QC'd and either returned to your inventory or routed to a B-stock channel per your instruction.
Quality control
Every dropship order spot-checked at pack station: garment integrity, label placement, polybag print clarity, address correctness.
Defect-rate logged in monthly reconciliation report.
Monthly reconciliation
Dashboard shows: orders shipped / returns / refunds / current inventory level / projected stockout dates.
CSV download for accounting; numbers reconcile with your store's order log within ±1 unit.
